Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or submitting an intake on the Maintenance Cluster platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What the platform does
The Maintenance Cluster connects customers with specialist maintenance partners. We provide intake, matching, partner discovery, and content management tools. We do not perform maintenance work ourselves; engagements and contracts are between you and the matched partner.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and using the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to submit content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to interfere with the platform's security or availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Partner programme
Partner applications are reviewed by cluster management. Approval is at our discretion and may be revoked if a partner fails to maintain the required standards. Approved partners are listed in the cluster directory.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of operating the platform and matching you with partners. Platform code, design, and brand assets remain our property.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to use the platform in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Maintenance Cluster is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
